Job Description

Experience for all should be 5 to 7 years in oil and gas sector especially in maintenance projects for repair, installation, dismantling and overhauling. 

Daily work Planning for Valve or pump Services division at shop or site, including work Forecast, Manpower and Equipment’s organizing 
Monitoring of Production or Service activities

Manpower Planning, selection and recruitment as per company policy

Buy or Lease or Hire Equipment’s and machineries as per needs.

Develop Suppliers and Subcontractors for Project or Production needs.

Support Sales in Technical Submittals, mediate Deviations, ITP, SPDP, Warranties, After Sales Services.
Establish with Production New Process requirements, Personnel Training, OJT, safety and related issues.
Guide Quality in Qualification of personnel or processes, setting calibration requirements, Corrective and Preventive Actions 
Assist Purchase for Vendor Evaluation and Grading..
QMS- Internal Audits, Review Meetings, Setting Objectives and Continual Improvement as Management
Representative.
Develop Procedures, Work instructions, Process flow and Documentation requirements 
Training for QMS and Product or Processes.
Approvals from certification bodies and Major Clients
