Job Description

Warehouse Manager Department

Operations or Supply Chain Reports to Operatons Manager or Director

Location  Dar Es Salaam Tanzania

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Business Administration or Operations Management or a related field. Professional Certifications Preferred 

Certified Supply Chain Professional CSCP. Certified in Logistics or Transportation and Distribution CLTD or Warehouse Management or Inventory Control Certification or  Health & Safety Certification.

Experience with minimum 3–7 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Experience in supermarket or retail distribution receiving operations. Proven experience managing large SKU counts in a fast-moving environment. Hands-on experience with cold chain operations for perishable goods. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.

Strong leadership and people management skills. Inventory control and analytical skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations. Excellent high-SKU inventory control and organization skills. Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and MS Excel. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
