Job Description

Location : Tanzania

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking: Marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables; cook dishes using the tandoor oven to perfection, ensuring authenticity and quality.
Station Management: Operate and maintain the tandoor oven, manage daily production, and coordinate with other kitchen sections.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
Staff Supervision: Train, guide, and supervise junior chefs (Commis) in tandoor techniques and section operations.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for tandoor ingredients and supplies, and assist with ordering.
Menu Development: Collaborate on new recipes and menu items, focusing on customer satisfaction. 
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Tandoor CDP or similar role.
Expertise in Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor cooking techniques.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
