Job Description

Location: Tanzania

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff and daily store operations
• Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and control of construction materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams for material planning and availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely material requisitions
• Prepare regular inventory and store-related reports
• Utilize ERP/SAP or similar systems for inventory tracking and reporting

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Store Incharge or similar role
• Construction company background is preferred
• GCC experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and material handling processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Experience using ERP/SAP or similar inventory management systems
• Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Salary & Benefits:
• Salary Range: USD 2,000 - 2,500 per month
