We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sourcing Manager – Channel Sales to drive inventory movement through an extensive broker/CP network, IPC /ICP across Mumbai’s  suburbs. The ideal candidate will bring deep relationships with local channel partners and a proven track record in real estate sales sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (CPs) across the western Mumbai belt
• Generate leads through CP network and drive footfalls to site
• Conduct regular broker meets, site tours, and CP trainings
• Track and manage CP performance and booking pipeline
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure coordination with site sales team
• Drive EOI and pre-launch interest through CP network
• Maintain MIS reports for leads, visits, and closures via CPs
• Coordinate with marketing and closing teams for support materials and collaterals

Candidate Requirements:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial real estate sales
• Strong CP / broker network in Andheri–Virar and Bandra–Borivali zones
• Good knowledge of Mumbai real estate market dynamics
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Must be target-oriented and field-active
• Ability to manage multiple channel relationships simultaneously

Preferred Background:

• Past experience with reputed developers or IPCs/Brokerage firms
• Exposure to new launches and high-volume CP activations
