Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and Continuous Authorization & Monitoring (CAM). The ideal candidate will bring a solid development background, hands-on experience in automation, workflows, and CMDB/Discovery, IRM, HRSD, ITSM along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
  • Work extensively with GRC modules – Risk Management and 3rd Party integrations.
  • Implement and automate Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) processes.
  • Design and manage workflows and automation across modules.
  • Build and maintain authorization boundaries within ServiceNow.
  • Handle package creation, ongoing authorization, and monitoring activities.
  • Leverage JavaScript, Business Rules, Data Policies, APIs, and Custom Modules for solution development.
  • Work with CMDB & Discovery to support ITOM/GRC integrations.
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices in scripting, security, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in:
    • GRC modules – Risk Management & 3P integration
    • CAM (Continuous Authorization & Monitoring) in GRC
    • Workflow and Automation
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification (preferred).
  • Strong technical skills in JavaScript, APIs, Business Rules, Data Policies, and custom module development.
  • Hands-on experience in package creation, authorization, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to apply business concepts into robust technical solutions.
