Job Description

Department: Sales / Retail Training

Location: Mumbai (Travel Pan India as required )

Reporting To: Director of Sales/Revenue/Partnership

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Trainer – Luxury Interiors & HNI Segment to develop and lead training programs that equip our sales teams with the skills, confidence, and finesse to engage high-net-worth clients and deliver a truly elevated brand experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

●     Develop and deliver training programs focused on luxury sales, client experience, and brand storytelling for All

Home’s premium product categories.

●     Create modular training content for new hires, experienced sales professionals, and channel partners.

●     Conduct sessions on consultative selling, negotiation, grooming, communication, and emotional intelligence to enhance HNI engagement.

●     Ensure the sales team can articulate design aesthetics, craftsmanship, and material innovation with conviction and elegance.

●     Conduct on-floor and experiential training, including mock client interactions, live demos, and client presentation simulations.

●     Design personalized development plans for slow performers.

●     Train on how to use marketing collaterals (catalogues, lookbooks, material kits).

●     Train teams on grooming, body language, showroom etiquette, and luxury client hospitality.

●     Create engaging scripts for leads from different platforms- walk-in, social media etc..

 

Key Skills & Competencies

 

●      Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

●      Deep understanding of luxury retail behavior and HNI buying psychology.

●      Exposure to interior design, architecture, or home décor segments preferred.

●      Ability to balance creativity with commercial impact in training design.

●      High emotional intelligence, empathy, and people development mindset.

 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

●      Experience in luxury interiors, lifestyle brands, premium home décor, or real estate preferred.

●      Certification in Training / Coaching will be an advantage.

●      Polished, articulate, and well-presented.

●      5–8 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or luxury retail.

●      Passionate about design, aesthetics, and client experience.

●      Previous experience in Zoho CRM, would be an add on.
