Job Description

 Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Drive walk-in conversions, repeat business, and Average Bill Value (ABV).

 Plan and execute upselling & cross-selling strategies for food, beverages, desserts, and liquor.

 Personally interact with guests and ensure a warm, memorable dining experience.

 Ensure team captures guest names and contact details.

 Conduct daily FOH & BOH briefings, covering:
o Previous day complaints & achievements
o Sales targets & upselling focus
o Menu changes & item availability
o Stock & purchase requirements
o Maintenance issues
