Job Description

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore

CTC - 4 LPA to 7 LPA 

What You'll Do

  • Build & Maintain Relationships: Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the property buying journey.

  • Drive Sales & Conversions: Meet and exceed sales targets consistently through a consultative sales approach.

  • Client Meetings & Site Visits: Conduct daily meetings and property visits to convert leads into successful deals.

  • Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market (especially North & East Bangalore) to advise clients effectively.

  • Work with Channel Partners: Develop strong connections with builders, developers, and real estate agents to drive business growth.

 

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 1-3 years in real estate sales, preferably in Bangalores North & East regions.

  • Hustler Mindset: A go-getter who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Vehicle Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Work Schedule: 6-day workweek (field + office work).
