Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Property Sales

Industry: Real Estate

What You’ll Do

● Build & Maintain Relationships: Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and

guide them through the property buying journey.

● Drive Sales & Conversions: Meet and exceed sales targets consistently through a

consultative sales approach.

● Client Meetings & Site Visits: Conduct daily meetings and property visits to convert leads

into successful deals.

● Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market

(especially North & East Bangalore) to advise clients effectively.

● Work with Channel Partners: Develop strong connections with builders, developers, and

real estate agents to drive business growth.

● Follow Up & Close Deals: Proactively follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and ensure

seamless transactions.

What We’re Looking For

● Experience: 1-3 years in real estate sales, preferably in Bangalore’s North & East regions.

● Hustler Mindset: A go-getter who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets.

● Sales & Conversion Focus: Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.

● Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

● Field-Ready: Willingness to travel extensively across the city for client meetings and site

visits.

● Vehicle Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

● Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

● Work Schedule: 6-day workweek (field + office work).
