Job Description

We are hiring Housekeeping Attendants for a prestigious 5-star Luxury Hotel for UAE. The ideal candidate must have hotel housekeeping experience with strong exposure to R1–R9 cleaning standards, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction in line with international hospitality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas as per R1–R9 cleaning standards.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties including:
o R1–R3: Dusting, spot cleaning, touchpoint sanitization
o R4–R6: Washroom cleaning, floor care, replenishment of amenities
o R7–R9: Deep cleaning, machine cleaning, periodic detailed cleaning
• Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machines safely and efficiently.
• Follow hotel SOPs, safety, and infection control guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items promptly.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, discipline, and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet operational requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is mandatory (luxury or premium hotels preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of R1–R9 cleaning series is essential.
• Familiarity with housekeeping chemicals, tools, and cleaning machinery.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual housekeeping tasks.
• Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/other languages an advantage).

Preferred Profile
• Experience in 5-star or luxury hotels. (minimum 06 months)
• Formal training or certification in housekeeping or hospitality (added advantage).
