We are Hiring Purchase Executive for a COnstruction Comapny in Chennai

Applying canditate Must Have Experience with Construction procurement or Purchase activities.

Requirement:

Qualification :

  • Any Degree with purchasing skill.
  • Knowledge in construction purchase.
  • Minimum 3 years Work experience in construction industry.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

     

    Responsibilities :

  • Source and evaluate vendors for quality, cost, and reliability
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and stock
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
  • Prepare purchase and cost analysis reports
  • Stay updated with market trends and suppliers

  • Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer / Buyer
  • Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing and supply chain processes
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to prepare cost reports and manage procurement data.
