Job Description

Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Whispering Woods Resort, Bhiwandi
Department: Front Office & Guest Services
Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager
Work Mode: On-Site – Candidate will be required to stay at the property. Food & accommodation will be provided.

Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Desk Receptionist with a strong background in the resort and hospitality industry. The role involves handling guest check-ins and check-outs, monitoring room hygiene, conducting room inspections, and coordinating closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be presentable, proactive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality standards while being actively involved in day-to-day resort operations.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Guest Handling
• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage daily check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
•  Handle guest queries, feedback, and service requirements promptly.
• Assist with reservations and guest communication as needed.

Room Inspections & Hygiene Monitoring
• Conduct regular room checks to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Monitor hygiene and quality standards across guest rooms.
• Report maintenance or service issues and coordinate for resolution.

Coordination with Housekeeping
• Work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure timely room turnover.
• Track housekeeping schedules and room allocations.
• Ensure smooth communication between Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Support overall resort operations in alignment with management directives.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures.
• Uphold the brand’s image and deliver a consistent guest experience.

Requirements
• Female candidate only (mandatory).
• Prior experience in resort/hospitality industry is required.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Pleasant, approachable, and guest-oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work on weekends and holidays as per hospitality norms.
