Job Description

Role : Franchisee Network Manager / Channel Sales – Franchise Operations

Exp : 5-10 years

Budget 15-18lpa

Location : Mumbai(Travel involved within city)

Role Overview:

The Franchisee Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding the franchisee/dealer network to drive revenue growth, brand presence, and operational excellence. The role focuses on franchise onboarding, performance management, compliance, and relationship building, similar to organized retail and interior brands.


Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development & Expansion

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners in line with the company’s expansion strategy
  • Conduct market feasibility studies and location assessments
  • Lead franchise negotiations, agreements, and launch support

Franchise Operations & Performance

  • Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners
  • Monitor franchise performance against sales targets, KPIs, and operational benchmarks
  • Support franchisees in improving sales, customer experience, and store operations

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive primary and secondary sales through franchise outlets
  • Implement sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to boost revenue
  • Track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance

Brand & Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and SOPs
  • Conduct regular audits and store visits to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand experience

Training & Support

  • Organize training programs for franchise staff on products, sales processes, and customer handling
  • Provide ongoing guidance on store operations, inventory management, and best practices

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams
  • Address franchise concerns, resolve escalations, and maintain long-term relationships

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of franchise / dealer / channel sales models
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven approach to sales and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA preferred

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in franchise management, channel sales, retail expansion, or organized retail
  • Prior experience in furniture, interiors, home improvement, or consumer durables is a strong advantage
