We are seeking for a qualified DOCUMENT CONTROLLER and would appreciate your assistance Please find the role details below:

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in document control, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environment.

Strong knowledge of document control procedures and best practices.

Familiarity with handling documentation related to tenders (registration, submission, and compliance tracking).

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage incoming/outgoing documents with accuracy and version control.

Organize and archive physical/electronic documents for easy retrieval and compliance.

Track revisions, approvals, and maintain document logs/registers.

Distribute updated documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely access for project teams.

Support audits and ensure proper retention of obsolete documents.

Provide training/guidance on document control systems and procedures.

Location: DOHA, QATAR

Employment Type: Full-Time

Free accommodation and transportation provided by the company

Duty Time: 8 am - 6 pm (1hr Break + 2 Tea breaks - 1day off a week)

Duration of contract - 2 years
