Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Condition Monitoring Technician to join our team for an Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of rotating and static equipment through advanced condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform condition monitoring activities including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing.

  • Identify and diagnose early warning signs of equipment degradation or failure.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records of equipment health and performance trends.

  • Work closely with the maintenance and reliability teams to recommend and implement corrective actions.

  • Support the development of predictive maintenance programs for critical equipment.

  • Adhere to company and industry safety standards during all field and workshop activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related discipline).

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Proven experience with vibration analysis tools and other condition monitoring technologies.

  • Good understanding of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to join within 20–25 days.
