Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to generate business and propose solutions for ELV and IT infrastructure systems across Mumbai and MMR. The role involves field sales, client interaction, solution pitching, and coordination with internal technical teams to close projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and surrounding MMR areas
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
  • Pitch and propose suitable solutions for:
    • CCTV Surveillance Systems
    • IP-PBX & IP Telephony Systems
    • Enterprise & Commercial Wi-Fi Solutions
    • Structured Networking Systems
    • Access Control Systems
    • PA / PA-GA (Public Address / General Alarm) Systems

 

  • Understand project scope and coordinate with technical teams for system design and BOQ preparation
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and follow up for closures
  • Work with consultants, builders, corporate clients, and facility management teams
  • Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and CRM updates
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in business development or solution sales
  • Basic working knowledge of CCTV, networking, IP telephony, and security systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and MMR
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with system integrators, ELV contractors, or IT infrastructure companies
  • Familiarity with corporate offices, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, and residential projects in Mumbai
  • Understanding of BOQ, and vendor coordination
