Job Summary

 

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in architectural hardware and bathroom accessories. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and channel partners, and driving sales for products such as knobs, door handles, cabinet

handles, mortise handles, bathroom accessories, and profile handles.

Key Responsibilities

•    Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.

•    Build and maintain strong relationships with:

o Architects

o Interior Designers

o Builders & Contractors

o Dealers, Distributors, and Retailers

•     Promote and sell product categories including:

o Knobs

o Long Handles

o Main Door Handles

o Cabinet Handles

o Mortise Handles

o Bathroom Accessories

o Profile Handles

•       Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with potential and existing clients.

•    Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

•       Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to ensure timely execution of orders.

•    Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

•    Assist in expanding dealer networks and channel partnerships.

•    Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.

•      Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities,  and pipeline in CRM or internal systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•    Bacelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

•    2–5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales (preferably in

Govt project, hospital projects, real estate projects.).

•    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•    Ability to build long-term relationships and close deals.

•    Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

•    Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint,  and basic CRM tools.
