Job Description

Location - Navi Mumbai Nerul 


As an Associate Manager – Real Estate, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving high-value closures, and mentoring junior sales executives. This is a leadership-track role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, consultative selling environments and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound leads for premium residential projects

2.   Own the full sales lifecycle—lead qualification, site visits, client presentations, negotiations, and final closures

3.   Build long-term client relationships through a trust-based, advisory approach

4.   Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, and market competition

5.   Guide and support a small team of Sales Executives to achieve collective targets

6.   Regularly update CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance reports

7.   Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developer partners to drive results

Key Qualifications:

1.   Minimum 2–4 years of real estate sales experience.

2.   Strong track record in closing high-ticket residential sales

3.   Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

4.   Ability to independently drive performance while mentoring junior team members

5.   Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management

6.   Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields
