Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate with a strong educational background and proven expertise in textile sourcing and procurement. As our company specializes in the sourcing and supply of PPE products, we prefer candidates who have hands-on experience in sourcing PPE items, garments, and related accessories.

The ideal candidate should come from a Textile/Garment background and possess strong vendor management, product sourcing, and procurement coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for PPE products, garments, and allied textile accessories.
• Source products such as uniforms, safety wear, belts, buttons, shoes, metal accessories, trims, fabrics, and other related items.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and international vendors/suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications, sampling, approvals, and order execution.
• Ensure product quality, compliance standards, and timely deliveries.
• Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, and sourcing documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Monitor inventory requirements and support procurement planning activities.

Required Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Textile, Fashion, Apparel, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement within Textile, Garment, PPE, or allied industries.
• Strong knowledge of garmenting, fabrics, trims, accessories, and PPE products.
• Experience in handling sourcing for related accessories including belts, buttons, footwear, metal items, and allied products.
• Good understanding of vendor development and supply chain coordination.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation.
• Candidates strictly from Textile/Garment sourcing background will be preferred.
