Job Description

📍 *Location: Oman* 🇴🇲
💼 *Experience: 20+ Years*
🎓 *Qualification: Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field*

We are looking for an experienced *Resident Engineer / Project Manager* to manage major projects from *inception through closeout*.

### 🔹 Key Requirements:

* Minimum *20+ years of overall experience*
* Minimum *10 years of experience with a Consultancy / PMC organization*
* Proven experience as a *Resident Engineer / Project Manager*
* Successfully completed at least *2 projects of similar size/value*
* Strong project management and site execution experience
* Excellent coordination with *clients, consultants, contractors and vendors*
* Strong skills in planning, scheduling, cost control and project monitoring
* Experience managing projects from *inception to closeout*
* *PMP certification preferred*

🌍 *International project experience will be an advantage.*
