We are Hiring  Technical writer for kolkata location.

Position : Technical Writer

Location : Kolkata

Salary : 4 to 7 Lpa
 

Requirement:

  • Proven experience in developing architectural, system-level, and technical process documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong proficiency in American English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to create workflow diagrams, architectural diagrams, DFDs, algorithms, and technical visualizations.
  • Solid understanding of network and infrastructure documentation.
  • Experience producing user manuals, product guides, and end-user documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and SOC 2 compliance documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in diagramming tools such as Miro, Draw.io, Lucidchart, and MS Visio.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
