Job Title: Technical Superintendent
Location: Nariman Point (Shore-based, Offshore Fleet Support)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Marine Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Superintendent for a Mumbai-based office role. This position is suited for professionals with prior sailing experience on oil tankers who are now in shore-based roles. The role involves overseeing vessel technical operations, maintenance, and compliance from the corporate office, while working closely with onboard teams to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Candidate Profile:

• Certification: Chief Engineer certification is mandatory
• Experience: Experience as a Chief Engineer. Candidate with 3–4 years of sailing experience on oil tankers, no longer sailing and suited for a corporate (office-based) role.
• Industry Exposure: Strong hands-on experience in tanker vessel operations, including cargo handling systems, pumps, and safety systems

Please note the following mandatory requirements for the role:

• Candidate must have experience handling Tankers.
• Candidates with Faculty or Bulk Carrier experience will not be considered.
• Job hoppers should be avoided; preference is for stable candidates.
• Degree/qualification must be from India due to compliance requirements.
• Candidate should have handled vessels with a minimum GRT of 20K.
• Candidate should have managed 3–4 vessels simultaneously.
