Job Description

Technical Manager – Raigarh

Company: Mahindra Auto Centre
Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose complex technical problems and provide timely solutions
Perform vehicle diagnostics using SOPs
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Raise TARs and ensure closure as per targets
File SCRs for new complaints
Coordinate with OEM teams regarding product issues
Monitor recall execution
Analyse repeat repairs and prepare action plans
Conduct internal technical training and skill mapping
Prepare technical reports

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Engineering
4–5 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of vehicle technology
Experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Good technical reporting and communication skills
M&M or other OEM dealership experience preferred
