Job Title: NDT Supervisor / Site Coordinator
Location: Qatar (Oryx GTL Site)
Contract Duration: 2 to 4 Months (Extendable based on project requirements)
Work Schedule: 6 days/week | 12 hours/day|
Start Date: 2nd Week of February 2027 (Tentative)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced NDT Supervisor / Site Coordinator with strong technical expertise in Advanced and Conventional Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methodologies for an upcoming Oil & Gas project in Qatar. The successful candidate will lead on-site inspection activities, manage NDT personnel, enforce strict safety standards, and coordinate directly with client management.

 Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all inspection processes strictly follow international standards (ASNT / PCN / ISO 9712) and client procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day Specialized NDT operations on site.
• Manage Permitting & Safety compliance as a certified Oryx GTL PTW Level-2 holder.
• Interface with client engineers and quality assurance teams to submit timely inspection reports and technical evaluations.
• Direct and supervise NDT technicians on advanced inspection techniques (PAUT, TOFD, Eddy Current, etc.)

 Qualifications & Experience Requirements
• Education: HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Level III Certification: Current ASNT / PCN Level III in:
o Radiography (RT)
o Eddy Current Testing (ET)
o Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
o Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) 

• Level II Certification: Current or previous ASNT / PCN / ISO 9712 Level II certification in: o Time-of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD)
o Radiographic Film Interpretation (RTFI)
o Radiographic Testing (RT)
o Visual Testing (VT)
o Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
o iquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
o Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) 

Mandatory Training:
• Trained and certified to PTW Level-2 in the ORYXGTLPTW system
• Completion of prerequisite online e-learning HSE courses for PTW Level-2 certification

 Remuneration & Employment Terms
• Daily Rate: Paid in QAR/day (12-hour basis; pro-rata for <12 hrs worked per day). Gross rate includes end-of- service benefits and leave pay.
• Food Allowance: QAR 1,500 monthly.
• Overtime: As per Qatar Labor Law (applicable after 12 hours/day).
• Accommodation: Bachelor furnished, twin-sharing accommodation provided by the company.
• Transportation: Provided to and from site.
• Airfare: Round-trip mobilization & demobilization tickets to the nearest international airport in your Hometown
• Medical & Insurance: Private Medical Insurance & Workmen’s Compensation Insurance coverage.
• Visa: Provided by the company (Single Status).
• PPE: Annual PPE package provided (2 Coveralls, 1 Safety Helmet, 2 Goggles [Clear/Black], 1 pair Safety shoes
