Job Description

Key Responsibilities  Identify, source, and onboard new real estate properties and land parcels in line with business requirements.  Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.  Conduct site visits, perform basic feasibility assessments, and handle initial negotiations with property owners.  Coordinate closely with internal sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution.  Ensure all property-related documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.  Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to support strategic decision making. Requirements & Qualifications  3 to 6 years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or a similar role.  Strong understanding of local real estate markets and pricing dynamics.  Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.  Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.  Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams. Preferred Skills  Experience handling residential or commercial real estate sourcing.  Good knowledge of legal and compliance aspects of real estate transactions.  Strong analytical and market research skills.
