We have Urgent Requirement for Service Desk Engineer / Service Desk Support - Qatar

Job Discription -

University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
* ITIL Foundation certification - Mandatory.
* Microsoft 365 certification - Mandatory.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant Helpdesk / Service Desk experience.
* Fluent in Arabic and English.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and IT service management/ticketing systems.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills

Should Know Arabic Language. Arabic Mandatory

Exprience Should be - 3 to 4 Years.
