Job Description

We are  recruiting a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Zambia. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale commercial construction projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
    •    Any nationality 
   •    Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the construction industry.
    •    At least 8 years of proven experience in senior project management.
    •    Demonstrated experience managing multiple high-value commercial construction projects from inception through to completion.
    •    Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with the capacity to oversee all aspects of project delivery, including construction operations, site management, labour, subcontractors, batching plant operations, plant and equipment, material sourcing and procurement, logistics, project planning, budgeting, quality control, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
    •    Proven ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    •    Experience working in remote or challenging project locations and willingness to be based in remote areas when required.
    •    Excellent communication, organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
    •    Willingness to relocate and work in Zambia.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of delivering major construction projects and leading large multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate must be capable of taking full ownership of several projects at once, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, workforce, equipment, procurement, and overall site operations from mobilization through to final handover.
