Job Description

We’re Hiring: Senior Architect

Experience : 8–10 years of core experience with reputed Architectural Firms and Real Estate, with at least one completed high-rise residential project.
Education : BArch / MArch
Technical Mastery : Deep understanding of architectural design, construction detailing, and proficiency in AutoCAD/design tools.
Location: office - Santacruz west (Mumbai)
Salary : 1,00,000 to 1,25,000

Key Responsibilities
Design & Drawing Coordination : Align design deliverables across architects, internal stakeholders, and consultants while ensuring constructability, quality benchmarks, and statutory compliance.
Inter-Disciplinary Alignment : Drive seamless integration between Architectural, Structural, MEP, and allied engineering disciplines.
Site Execution Support: Resolve site-level design queries and provide real-time clarifications to keep construction moving smoothly. Site visits will be required
