SCAFFOLDING ENGINEER

🔹 General Requirements (All Positions)

• Mandatory Oil & Gas experience
• LNG project experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and site practices
• Experience in industrial / large-scale projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills

🔹 Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating all scaffolding activities on site
• Ensuring compliance with project procedures and HSE standards
• Inspecting scaffolding materials and structures for safety and compliance
• Managing scaffolding teams and reporting site progress
• Supporting planning and execution of scaffolding works

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in scaffolding works within industrial plant projects
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of scaffolding design, load calculations, and access solutions
• Experience with Ringlock / Cuplock / Tube & Fitting systems
• Familiar with international scaffolding standards (BS EN 12811, OSHA, TG20, etc.)
• Experience in LNG, oil & gas, refinery, or energy projects is preferred
• Experience with scaffolding inspection tag systems and site inspection processes

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify material, manpower, and equipment requirements for the project
• Organize engineers, supervisors, inspectors, and foremen within the scaffolding discipline and coordinate with other disciplines
• Ensure all scaffolding works on site are carried out in compliance with applicable standards
• Ensure scaffolding activities are completed within the project schedule, man-hours, and budget
• Coordinate with all construction teams and control scaffolding activities on site
• Identify material needs and initiate procurement requests
• Ensure all documentation within the scaffolding control and management plan is properly maintained
• Ensure all reports related to scaffolding activities are prepared and submitted to the line manager
• Participate in all required site meetings
• Prepare necessary plans, drawings, and calculations for critical scaffolding works and ensure proper implementation on site
