Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, supporting sales activities, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This opportunity is particularly suitable for freshers and young candidates who are interested in gaining international work experience and developing their career in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Support customers in selecting products and finding items within the store.
• Promote products, offers, and promotional activities.
• Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper product displays, shelves, and merchandise presentation.
• Check product availability and coordinate with the relevant store team for replenishment.
• Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory-related activities when required.
• Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Support billing/cash-counter activities as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Follow company policies, retail procedures, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or management.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate / Diploma holder; candidates from any relevant discipline may apply.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years of retail/sales experience will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Energetic, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to relocate to the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications would be an advantage.
• Candidates with prior retail, FMCG, supermarket, customer service, or sales exposure will be preferred.
