Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Both Positions)

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for MEI works
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor and control project costs and identify deviations
• Manage variations, change orders, and claims
• Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qty. Surveyor MEI:
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Qty. Surveyor MEI Technician:
  Bachelor’s degree in Construction / Mechanical Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEI / MEP Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
• Proven experience in cost estimation and contract administration
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Mandatory: Previous overseas and oil & gas project experience
