It is an engineering and construction company specializing in design-build, premium residential, MEP, infrastructure, and turnkey project execution with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and timely delivery.

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Project Director with expertise in luxury villas, integrated residential projects, land development, complete finishing, fit-outs, and VRF systems, capable of managing end-to-end project execution from concept to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complete execution of luxury villa and integrated development projects from concept to handover.

Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, quality, and delivery timelines.

Oversee civil, architectural, infrastructure, MEP, complete finishing, fit-out, and VRF works.

Drive land development activities including roads, drainage, utilities, landscaping, and external infrastructure.

Ensure premium finishing standards across interiors, façade, flooring, false ceiling, joinery, painting, and luxury fit-outs.

Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of VRF HVAC systems.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and statutory authorities.

Monitor project costs, contractor performance, commercial controls, billing, and variations.

Lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project governance standards.

Handle project closure, snag rectification, documentation, and client handover.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Architecture with 20+ years of experience in luxury villas, township, or high-end residential projects.

Strong expertise in end-to-end project execution including land development, infrastructure, complete finishing, fit-outs, and VRF systems.

Proven leadership in managing large multidisciplinary teams, stakeholder coordination, commercial aspects, and project planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project; international project exposure preferred.
