PLUMBER – UAE

Salary: AED 1,500 – 2,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems in apartments, common areas, and building facilities.

• Identify and repair leaks, blockages, pipe damage, and other plumbing issues.

• Install, repair, and maintain sanitary fittings including sinks, toilets, faucets, valves, and other plumbing fixtures.

• Conduct preventive maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure proper operation and minimize breakdowns.

• Inspect plumbing systems regularly and identify potential issues before they become major problems.

• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues and carry out necessary repairs.

• Replace damaged pipes, fittings, valves, and other plumbing components as required.

• Ensure all plumbing works are completed in accordance with safety standards and building regulations.

• Maintain proper records of completed maintenance works and report major issues to the supervisor.

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks.

• Maintain a clean and safe working area while performing plumbing activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on plumbing maintenance experience.

• Experience in residential/building maintenance will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of plumbing systems, sanitary fittings, pipes, valves, and drainage systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requirements.

• Willingness to work as part of a maintenance team.
