Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Pharmacy Store Executive to manage hospital pharmacy operations. The role involves dispensing medicines, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense medicines accurately as per doctor prescriptions and hospital protocols
  • Review prescriptions for accuracy and alert pharmacists/doctors for any discrepancies
  • Maintain proper inventory of medicines, consumables, and surgical items
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions (temperature, hygiene)
  • Handle billing, insurance entries, and patient records where applicable
  • Coordinate with hospital departments (OPD/IPD, nursing staff, doctors) for medicine supply
