Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Rigging Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects. The candidate will supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities related to Pipe Erection, Pipeline Erection, Mechanical Erection, and Equipment Erection while ensuring safe and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day rigging and lifting operations at site.
• Execute lifting activities for:
  • Pipe Erection
  • Pipeline Erection
  • Mechanical Erection
  • Equipment Erection
• Ensure all lifting operations are carried out as per approved lifting plans and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, mechanical teams, and construction supervisors.
• Inspect cranes, lifting tools, tackles, slings, shackles, and rigging equipment before use.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings with rigging crews.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
• Monitor manpower productivity and work progress.
• Maintain proper documentation related to lifting activities and inspections.
• Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions immediately.

Requirements

Education

• ITI / Diploma / Technical Qualification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
• Experience in:
  • Pipe Erection
  • Pipeline Erection
  • Mechanical Erection
  • Equipment Erection
• GCC experience preferred.
