Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle office errands, including bank, courier, post office, and document-related work.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office materials.
• Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic office tasks.
• Keep office supplies, stationery, and pantry items properly arranged.
• Support administrative staff with day-to-day office activities.
• Help with opening, closing, and general upkeep of the office when required.
• Purchase or arrange office essentials from nearby stores as instructed.
• Perform other routine support duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th standard qualification.
• Previous office boy, office assistant, housekeeping, or similar experience preferred.
• Basic communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Should be comfortable handling outdoor errands.
• Knowledge of nearby Vasai areas will be an advantage.
