About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Head MEP Execution Engineer for a leading international construction and design-build company executing luxury villa and integrated residential development projects in Guyana.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in end-to-end MEP execution including HVAC, VRF systems, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, testing & commissioning, and coordination with civil and architectural teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete MEP execution activities for luxury villa and township projects
• Coordinate HVAC, VRF, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, and ELV systems
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and execution plans
• Ensure smooth coordination with civil, finishing, and architectural teams
• Monitor site execution, subcontractors, quality, safety, and timelines
• Handle testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and authorities

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 18–20+ years of experience in luxury residential or high-end construction projects
• Strong exposure to MEP execution and project coordination
• Experience in HVAC, VRF systems, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems
• International project exposure preferred
