Manager – Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/ QC)

Location: Haji Ali, Mumbai
Experience: 12–15 years with BE Civil / 15–18 years with Diploma in Civil Engineering
Qualification: BE Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement SOPs, ISO 9001:2015 and project quality plans.
- Monitor quality checks for RCC, concrete, waterproofing, tiling and other civil works.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes and project specifications.
- Prepare and review QAPs, ITPs, method statements and quality reports.
- Conduct quality audits and manage NCRs and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Lead and supervise the QA/QC team.

Requirements:

- 12–15 years of experience with BE Civil or 15–18 years with a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete and construction material IS Codes.
- Experience in quality audits, inspections and documentation.
- Good English communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
