MANAGER - Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Location: Haji Ali, Mumbai
Project Locations: Haji Ali, Mumbai
Industry: Civil Construction / Real Estate
Experience: 12–15 years with BE Civil Engineering or 15–18 years with Diploma in Civil Engineering
Qualification: BE Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SOPs and quality standards across projects.
- Implement and monitor the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Project Quality Plans.
- Oversee inspections and quality checks for RCC, concrete, waterproofing, tiling, interior works and other civil construction activities.
- Prepare and review QAPs, ITPs, method statements, inspection checklists and quality documentation.
- Ensure construction materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and applicable IS Codes.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site execution teams for inspections and approvals.
- Conduct internal quality audits, quality walks and review meetings.
- Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective action and closure.
- Prepare monthly quality reports for management and clients.
- Manage and guide QA/QC engineers and other team members.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 12–15 years of relevant experience with BE Civil, or 15–18 years with a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong experience in high-rise construction and civil infrastructure projects.
- Excellent knowledge of concrete technology and IS Codes for construction materials.
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015, quality audits, inspection procedures and quality documentation.
- Strong team management, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
