Position : Lead Technical Safety Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in offshore/marine projects.
Expertise in technical safety, offshore facilities, and marine operations.
Experience leading HAZID, HAZOP, ENVID, FERA, and QRA studies.
Knowledge of SIMOPS, towing, barge grounding, ballasting, heavy lifting, and load/unload risk assessments.
Experience in 3D model and constructability reviews, risk mitigation, and safety deliverables.
Knowledge of international offshore safety standards.
Strong technical English and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
