Job Description

This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who is organized, communicative, and eager to grow within a dynamic engineering and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and related documentation.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and employee information.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Qatar labor laws.
  • Coordinate HR-related communications between employees and management.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR events.
  • Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the HR team in preparing reports, letters, and other HR documents.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or a similar administrative role.
  • Good understanding of HR principles, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of training and development practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR compliance requirements is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
