Job Description

The role requires on-site involvement, coordination with senior engineers and project teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems.
• Work on systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, structured cabling, networking, and other low current systems.
• Conduct site inspections and support site surveys to understand project requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical drawings, system layouts, BOQs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues at project sites.
• Ensure installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor site activities and report progress, delays, or technical concerns to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Support testing and commissioning activities and prepare related documentation.
• Assist in material verification, quality checks, and handover documentation.
• Maintain proper records of site activities, inspections, and project updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, and other low current systems.
• Strong understanding of networking systems, IT solutions, and low current technologies.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and identify technical issues.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
