Objective	To manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensure smooth functioning of network and systems, provide technical support, and implement IT projects as defined by the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain inventory and status records of the complete IT infrastructure.
Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance and support activities.
Provide L1 technical support for telecom products and internal IT systems.
Maintain and support the network environment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Monitor network systems and troubleshoot issues using monitoring tools.
Provide software and technical support to Chorus Call users.
Oversee management and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and computer workstations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking-related issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal IT staff and employees.
Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all IT systems across the organization.
Keep employees informed about technological updates and system changes.
Support implementation of IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Ensure system security, backup management, and adherence to IT policies.

Job Specification

Experience

7+ years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Technical Support.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
