Interior Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Interior Designer with 3+ years of
experience in interior design and execution. The candidate should have strong technical
knowledge of AutoCAD, working drawings, MEP coordination, Photoshop, and 3D
design.
This role involves approximately 80% field work and 20% office work, requiring
regular site visits, coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are
executed as per approved designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities
 Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and layouts using AutoCAD.
 Develop 3D interior designs and presentations as per project requirements.
 Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) requirements with design
and site execution.
 Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
 Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and other site teams.
 Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, designs,
specifications, and timelines.
 Identify and resolve design or execution-related issues at site.
 Prepare and modify drawings based on site measurements and project
requirements.
 Create design presentations and visual materials using Photoshop.
 Take accurate site measurements and translate them into drawings.
 Ensure quality, design standards, and timely completion of assigned projects.

Candidate Profile
 3+ years of relevant experience in interior design and site execution.
 Strong understanding of interior construction and materials.
 Comfortable with extensive field/site work (80%).
 Ability to independently handle site coordination and execution.
 Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
 Candidates with experience in residential/commercial interior projects will be
preferred.
