Senior HVAC Sales & Estimation Engineer

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Delhi

Experience: 5–10 Years

Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Industry: HVAC, MEP & Engineering Solutions

We are hiring an experienced Senior HVAC Sales & Estimation Engineer for a leading engineering solutions company. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in HVAC sales, estimation, tendering, costing, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ, and scope of work.
• Prepare tender study reports and analyze project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects to understand project needs.
• Prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Review BOQs and drawings for accurate cost estimation.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare technical clarifications and bid documentation.
• Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs.
• Support commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC Sales & Estimation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tendering, estimation, and costing.
• Experience handling BOQ preparation, technical submissions, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
