Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong hands-on expertise in PF, ESIC, Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance.

Location: Vasai West
Experience: 05+ Years
Qualification: Degree or Master’s in HR, Law or equivalent
Salary: varies on Experience Range & Interview Performance
Role: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities:

Manage PF, ESIC, PT and LWF statutory compliance and filings.
Handle Indian Labour Laws and relevant government portals.
Manage statutory audits, labour inspections and regulatory documentation.
Ensure compliance under applicable Factory, Shops & Establishments and Contract Labour regulations.
Handle POSH compliance and Internal Committee requirements.
Maintain employee records, statutory registers and HR documentation.
Manage HR operations and other statutory requirements independently.
