. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

* Plan and execute recruitment drives based on approved manpower requirements.

* Coordinate with department heads for job descriptions and candidate profiles.

* Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.

* Maintain manpower database and ensure timely induction of new employees.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

* Supervise monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary, overtime, and deductions.

* Verify contractor bills, PF/ESI challans, and statutory payments
