Location - Andheri 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations across PAN India
• Manage payroll and statutory compliance across various states and union territories
• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and appraisal processes
• Implement HR policies, training, and employee development initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and CSR programs
• Coordinate effectively with site teams and management across locations
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company HR policies and labor laws

Job Requirements

• 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry
• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory labor compliance across India
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multi-location HR operations efficiently
• Certification in Payroll Management or Labor Law Compliance will be an added advantage
