Role Overview

• We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer – Projects with strong expertise in project coordination, client management, and technical design execution.

• The role requires leading project planning, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring high‑quality technical deliverables using SolidWorks and visualization tools.

• This position requires someone who can own project delivery end‑to‑end, manage client relationships, guide internal teams, and ensure timely completion of engineering visualization projects.

Work Distribution

• 50% Project Management & Client Communication

• 35% Technical Design & SolidWorks Modelling

• 15% Team Coordination & Project Quality Control

Requirements

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in Design Engineering, SolidWorks modelling, and project coordination.

• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (Advanced Modelling & Assemblies).

• Experience in engineering visualization, CAD‑based storytelling, or animation workflows.

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Prior experience in client‑facing roles or technical consulting will be an advantage.
